The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as "Conditions") described below govern the use of this site (referred to as "Paradise Pool Supplies). Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these Conditions. Paradise Pool Supplies of Orangevale, California.

Privacy
We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Our secure servers protect your information using the most advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the Paradise Pool Supplies site. You may subscribe to our newsletters on the home page by following the instructions.

When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Paradise Pool Supplies site. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.

We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Returns & Warranty Information
Paradise Pool Supplies sincerely appreciates your patronage. Paradise Pool Supplies understands under certain circumstances items need to be returned. Items must be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, in brand new and unused condition. Paradise Pool Supplies incurs shipping costs on your behalf after pickup which the buyer is responsible for. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and any item returned or refused for delivery will be subject to a 10% restocking fee as well as all outbound/inbound shipping costs.

Due to the nature of the following products all sales are final but still have a manufactures warranty: alarms, covers, cleaners, heaters, liners, filter cartridges, motors, slides, water features, pool/spa parts, and all fiber optic products. Paradise Pool Supplies does not offer or imply any warranty for any products on our site. All warranty is handled directly through the product manufacturer. For eligibility for a return, your must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number.

    * All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee
    * Part orders, Special orders or orders under $40 are not refundable.
    * Parts/Products that have been installed, are covered under warranty through the manufacturer and can not be returned.
    * You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return item back to us, and the returned item must be received in brand new unused condition the same condition it was delivered to you.
    * Water Features and Water Accents are not returnable as most are special order.
    * Once opened and placed in or on the pool/spa or installed all items such as above ground pool liners, solar covers, solar sun rings, winter covers. These items are warranted by the manufacturer and carry full technical support to get them working as promised however we will not accept returns on these items. The manufacture feels they can handle the warranty or problem best and does not want us to accept returns back to our stores.
     * If you find one of these items are not working properly, please contact the manufacturer directly. Please find the contact information of these manufacturers here.
    * Items must have original packaging, warranty cards, and ALL owners manuals to be returned without this they are not returnable.

All products sold at Paradise Pool Supplies come with a full manufacturer warranty. In the event you feel you have a defective product, please contact the manufacturer warranty service department first to try to remedy the problem prior to contacting Paradise Pool Supplies. Feel free to contact us if you require assistance. At Paradise Pool Supplies we can provide a warranty exchange service for most of the products we sell, in the event there isn't a local repair facility. Most manufacturer warranties require Installation & Repair be provided by a qualified licensed professional on all items. We recommend saving your installation invoice for future reference should a warranty issue arise.

At Paradise Pool Supplies we make every effort to keep the product warranty information up to date on our site, but manufacturers are continuously changing their warranty terms. Paradise Pool Supplies cannot be held liable for these warranty changes by the manufacturer. Always refer to the warranty terms within your Owners Manual in these cases as the manufacturer will honor the terms in the manual.

Returns of non-defective ( In Brand New Condition ) merchandise to Paradise Pool Supplies is permitted for any reason within 30 days of purchase date. There will be up to a 10% re-stocking fee on all returned items.

Returns to Paradise Pool Supplies must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Items returned without an RA number will be refused. The RA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the item authorized for return. Returned merchandise must be in the original box and in resalable condition and include all literature, warranty cards etc. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Your account will be credited less any applicable charges. Please allow 2 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.

It is the financial responsibility of the customer when any shipment is refused or denied delivery. This financial responsibility includes all shipping costs, restock fee, warehouse storage fees and any other charges associated with a refused or denied shipment.

All returns should be sent via UPS or Federal Express. Do not ship via US Post. We suggest you insure your returns. Paradise Pool Supplies is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in shipment.

Paradise Pool Supplies is dedicated to providing the highest quality pool supplies at the lowest possible prices. We however reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Possession of printed material downloaded from our website does not constitute a binding agreement. Customers are frequently notified prior to completing their order to confirm information and correct pricing errors. Orders shipped to a California address will be charged California Sales Tax. Products, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Product substitutions may be necessary at times due to out of stock conditions. The substitutions would be of equal or greater value to the item ordered and of equal quality and functionality. Paradise Pool Supplies is not responsible for typographical errors which may occasionally occur in descriptions and pricing.

Pictures on the site are representations of the products sold and may not exactly match what you receive.

Paradise Pool Supplies expressly disclaims liability for any injury, or damage of any kind arising from the use or inability to use any item we sell. Our only obligation is to replace an item that is delivered defective, and that obligation is limited.

Other sites accessible through our site have their own privacy policies and data collection practices. Please consult each site's privacy policy. Paradise Pool Supplies is not responsible for the actions of third parties.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Paradise Pool Supplies reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Paradise Pool Supplies. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will only be billed upon shipment of your order.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
Paradise Pool Supplies accepts money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received so please contact us prior mailing in payment to check availability. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Shipping Time: All products will ship in 1-3 business days from the date of the order. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. Shipping costs are only a estimate and may change depending on the location. We will contact you if a cost change has to be made. Any product that is refused by the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs to the destination and return shipping to us Paradise Pool Supplies. You will also be charged a 20% restocking fee.

We do not operate Fedex, UPS, USPS, or any freight company and cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, DHL or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

International Shipping

Yes we do ship internationally via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. All customs and duties fees are paid by the you the recipient. Due to a large volume of credit card fraud on overseas orders, Paradise Pool Supplies requires a wire transfer on these orders. We will provide the wire transfer information to you at the time of your order.

Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.

Multiple Product Orders
We offer additional discounts for larger orders. For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Taxes
Paradise Pool Supplies wants to keep business in California and will work with product prices to help offset the cost of sales tax. Please contact us for details.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Paradise Pool Supplies shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Paradise Pool Supplies shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Paradise Pool Supplies shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. We do apologize for any inconvenience if this does occur.
