The giant 10’x 10’ square canopy provides 100 sq. ft. of shade, making it much larger than an 11’ octagon. The canopy is made of a solution dyed Solefin™ that is colorfast is backed by a 30-Month Warranty. A single wind vent at the top of the canopy facilitates airflow, allowing air to escape freely and preventing the umbrella from inverting during windy days. The clean, modern styling of the canopy makes it an attractive addition to any backyard. A rugged anodized aluminum pole with many versatile features supports the Santorini umbrella. The pole has an integral crank so that anyone can easily raise and lower the canopy. In the event you feel you have received a defective product, please contact the manufacturer technical service department first to try to remedy the problem prior to contacting Paradise Pool Supplies. Please feel free to contact us if you require any assistance. Paradise Pool Supplies can provide a warranty exchange service for most of the products we sell, in the event there isn't a local repair facility. Most manufacturer warranties require Installation & Repair be provided by only qualified licensed professionals on items such as heaters, pumps, automation, salt systems, etc. We recommend saving your installation invoice for future reference should a warranty issue arise.

Paradise Pool Supplies will make every effort to keep the product warranty information up to date on our site, but manufacturers are continuously changing their warranty terms. Paradise Pool Supplies cannot be held liable for these warranty changes by the manufacturer. Always refer to the warranty terms within your Owners Manual in these cases as the manufacturer will honor the terms in the manual.

All domestic orders will be shipped ground unless otherwise specified. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. You can expect to receive your order in 2-6 business days depending on your location. Seasonal items such as safety covers, winter covers etc. can take longer due to high seasonal demand. Please call for availability of these items. Very important please take care when entering your shipping address, as FedEx and UPS charge an extra handling fee (up to $20.00) if your address needs to be corrected after your order has shipped. This fee will be passed along to you. In an effort to prevent fraud and protect our customers, Orders placed with different "Bill To" and "Ship To" addresses will be sent Signature Required.

International Orders

Overseas orders (those outside of the Continental US) we will check with you by email regarding the shipping cost prior to shipment. All customs and duties charges are paid by you the recipient. Due to a large volume of credit card fraud on overseas orders, Paradise Pool Supplies does require credit card statement documentation showing the same address as we are shipping to if you can not supply this then a wire transfer will be accepted. We will provide the wire transfer information to you at the time of your order.
