Eos E3 Command Center Base System: Easily installs in the equipment area to control water features, lighting, and scheduling of routine maintenance such as pool cleaning and water sanitizing. Relays, valves, heaters, and sensors configure in a variety of ways allowing flexibility to add on components as needed. Expandability is built-in with only one interface required for multiple command centers. Future improvements are easily provided with field-upgradeable software. Operates on any combination of pool and spa: separate, together, or alone Seamlessly interfaces with optional components for salt chlorination, chemical sanitation, in-home appliance automation any any combinations of remote control The Polaris Eos is designed to provide easy and convenient control of most pool and spa functions, the Polaris Eos Command Center controls all types of pumps including circulation pumps, two-speed pumps, automatic pool cleaner pumps, water feature pumps, spa blowers, and jet pumps. Eos controls all types of heaters including heat pumps, chillers, gas, propane, electric, and solar heating systems. It also controls chemical or salt chlorinators and your standard lighting, fiber optic, and low-voltage lights. Controls valves for: Circulation for pool/spa combination Spa drain, fill, and spillover Solar panels Automatic pool cleaners Water features Can control signal transmission for Power Line Carrier (PLC) devices (X10, Smarthome, etc.) The Eos Command Center can operate alone or with any combination of the wired, In-House Panel remote, Wireless Remote, or the Shortcut remote. The Polaris Eos Command Center includes: Command center, mounting brackets, identifier labels for relay wiring, four (4) high-voltage relays, and two (2) temperature sensors.

Please feel free to contact us if you require any assistance. Paradise Pool Supplies can provide a warranty exchange service for most of the products we sell, in the event there isn't a local repair facility. Most manufacturer warranties require Installation & Repair be provided by only qualified licensed professionals on items such as heaters, pumps, automation, salt systems, etc. We recommend saving your installation invoice for future reference should a warranty issue arise.

Paradise Pool Supplies cannot be held liable for these warranty changes by the manufacturer. Always refer to the warranty terms within your Owners Manual in these cases as the manufacturer will honor the terms in the manual.

All domestic orders will be shipped ground unless otherwise specified. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. You can expect to receive your order in 2-6 business days depending on your location. Seasonal items such as safety covers, winter covers etc. can take longer due to high seasonal demand. Please call for availability of these items. Very important please take care when entering your shipping address, as FedEx and UPS charge an extra handling fee (up to $20.00) if your address needs to be corrected after your order has shipped. This fee will be passed along to you. In an effort to prevent fraud and protect our customers, Orders placed with different "Bill To" and "Ship To" addresses will be sent Signature Required.

International Orders

Overseas orders (those outside of the Continental US) we will check with you by email regarding the shipping cost prior to shipment. All customs and duties charges are paid by you the recipient. Due to a large volume of credit card fraud on overseas orders, Paradise Pool Supplies does require credit card statement documentation showing the same address as we are shipping to if you can not supply this then a wire transfer will be accepted. We will provide the wire transfer information to you at the time of your order.
