  Please be as detailed as possible when describing the problem.
  General information: 1. An RMA number must be obtained before returning a product. You must specify your original invoice number and a description of the problem. An accurate problem description can help to speed up the solution of your return request. 2. Return merchandise authorization numbers are valid for 10 days only from issue date. Best Buy Golf Supply must receive returns within that time. Paradise Pool Supplies will automatically reject an RMA that is over 14 days from issue. 3. Display the RMA number prominently on the outside of the shipping box. Item(s) returned without an RMA number properly displayed will not be opened and will be "Returned to Sender" postage due. Include a copy of the original invoice for each item returned. 4. Shipment must be received prepaid. This is a standard policy in the furniture industry where there is only 5% gross margin. With such a low margin, those who experience defective products have to share the cost. We search the market to find and distribute the products with the lowest return rates possible. 5. It is important to obtain insurance up to the value of the product when shipping it for RMA to minimize potential financial loss. Damage or loss of goods during shipment is the sole responsibility of the customer. 6. Paradise Pool Supplies warranties will be effective from the shipping date of "Original Invoice", not from RMA Replacement. 7. In the case of RMA for credit merchandise needs to be received by Best Buy Golf Supply within 14 days from the original shipping date. Any merchandise received for credit after 10 days of the original invoice shipping date will be charged a 15% restocking fee. RMAs returned after 30 days of the original invoice will be replaced only. Replacement: o A replacement items will not be shipped until the RMA item has been received. Cross shipping is available within 14 days from the original shipping date, additional fee and charges apply. o Paradise Pool Supplies will either repair or replace the products. Upon receiving the products, the repaired/replaced item should be shipped out within ten business days. Credit: o Credit is only issued within 14 days of the original invoice date. To receive full credit, all merchandise must include all appropriate accessory items. In the case of RMA for credit merchandise needs to be received by Best Buy Golf Supply within 14 days from the original shipping date. Any merchandise received for credit after 14 days of the original invoice shipping date will be charged a 15% restocking fee. RMAs returned after 30 days of the original invoice will be replaced only. o Upon receiving the products, credit will be issued within 7 to 14 business days. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Void warranty policy: o Defaced merchandise (any writing on goods or the original packaging). o Inadequate packaging. All items must be in an appropriate packaging. Dead on Arrival (D. O. A.): o Customer must report D.O.A. to Paradise Pool Supplies within 7 days after receipt of the goods. You will be issued an RMA number to send the defective product back to us.
