the RMA form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
before returning material to Paradise Pool Supplies. You may only return 1 item with a RMA number. When returning equipment to Paradise Pool Supplies. please observe the following instructions:

an RMA Number
You
must obtain an RMA number before returning material to Paradise Pool Supplies. This is done by completing the
online RMA form.

| Paradise Pool Supplies will notify you of your RMA #, when you
submit your RMA form.
All
RMA #'s are for 1 package and are valid for 10 days from the issue date.

Review
Your Warranty
Please
note the length of the warranty before returning the item. If
out of warranty, you need to contact the manufacturer for recommendations.

Packaging
Your Equipment
After
receiving your RMA number, use the following steps to prepare your
package for shipment:

The item must be returned in the original packaging.

Include
in your shipment a description of the problem and a point of contact
at your company.

We recommend that you use a shipper that offers a tracking system.

Firmly
tape the lid of the box with packaging tape.

Labeling
Your Package
When
shipping a package, include your RMA number on the label. Send the
package to the following address:

| Brand new and unsed items
can only be returned for restocking within 30 days from the date
of order. |
