Smartpool PE12 Pooleye AG Pool Alarm

PoolEye(TM) alarms are equipped with the most advanced pool alarm technology available subsurface wave detection. PoolEye(TM) alerts you to accidental falls into the pool and unwanted pool intrusion while eliminating false alarms from wind, rain, falling leaves, etc. It detects objects weighing 15 lbs or more entering the pool, and all models feature adjustable sensitivity. A PoolEye(TM) alarm is an essential addition to any pool safety program.

All aboveground pool models monitor pools up to 24' round or 16' x 32' oval*. The PoolEye(TM) PE12 is the standard aboveground pool model, and the PE13 for aboveground pools is equipped with both poolside and in-home remote alarms.

All inground PoolEyes(TM) monitor pools up to 18' x 36'*. The PE20 is PoolEye's(TM) standard inground pool alarm and the PE21, also for inground pools, comes with both poolside and in-home remote alarms and a poolside air/water temperature monitor. In addition to subsurface wave detection technology, the PoolEye(TM) PE22 for inground pools features an added layer of protection Infrared "Night Vision", which monitors the pool area. The PE22 also comes equipped with an in-home remote alarm that alerts you with human voice announcements and/or siren, depending on the level of intrusion.

Please feel free to contact us if you require any assistance. Paradise Pool Supplies can provide a warranty exchange service for most of the products we sell, in the event there isn't a local repair facility. Most manufacturer warranties require Installation & Repair be provided by only qualified licensed professionals on items such as heaters, pumps, automation, salt systems, etc. We recommend saving your installation invoice for future reference should a warranty issue arise.

Paradise Pool Supplies will make every effort to keep the product warranty information up to date on our site, but manufacturers are continuously changing their warranty terms. Paradise Pool Supplies cannot be held liable for these warranty changes by the manufacturer. Always refer to the warranty terms within your Owners Manual in these cases as the manufacturer will honor the terms in the manual.

All domestic orders will be shipped ground unless otherwise specified. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. You can expect to receive your order in 2-6 business days depending on your location. Seasonal items such as safety covers, winter covers etc. can take longer due to high seasonal demand. Please call for availability of these items. Very important please take care when entering your shipping address, as FedEx and UPS charge an extra handling fee (up to $20.00) if your address needs to be corrected after your order has shipped. This fee will be passed along to you. In an effort to prevent fraud and protect our customers, Orders placed with different "Bill To" and "Ship To" addresses will be sent Signature Required.

International Orders

Overseas orders (those outside of the Continental US) we will check with you by email regarding the shipping cost prior to shipment. All customs and duties charges are paid by you the recipient. Due to a large volume of credit card fraud on overseas orders, Paradise Pool Supplies does require credit card statement documentation showing the same address as we are shipping to if you can not supply this then a wire transfer will be accepted. We will provide the wire transfer information to you at the time of your order.
