With the Compool LX220 Solar Controller its used like your home thermostat, you simply set the LX220 Controller to a comfortable temperature and then just adjust your filter pump to run when the suns out. Day in and day out, the LX220 monitors the temperature of both your solar collectors and your pool. Whenever the sun offers sufficient energy for effective heating, the LX220 opens a motorized valve, sending filtered water to the collectors. Should the clouds or wind interfere, the LX220 shuts the collectors off, keeping the from cooling your pool. Featuring easy to use controls and an adjustable thermostat!
