The Turtle wristband locks securely around your child’s wrist or pets neck, using the key provided.
A loud alarm instantly sounds at the Base Station when the Turtle is immersed in water. The alarm continues to sound until it is reset.
Your child or pet is protected even while the pool is in use or is being cleaned.
The Turtles are permanently sealed and are rugged to withstand children’s and pet play.

EASE OF USE
The unique features of Safety Turtle make it convenient and easy to use.
No installation in the pool is required.
There is no need to turn the system off when the pool is in use or when it is being cleaned.
Safety Turtle can easily be taken to another pool, to a boat, or to the cottage. (Please be aware that Safety Turtle is not suitable for use in sea water and its effectiveness in pools decreases when salt content exceeds 4000 ppm.)
Inserting a "Baby Turtle" plug into the Base Station sets it to recognize Turtles of a matching color. By using different colors of Turtle, neighbors can enjoy the benefits of Safety Turtle without triggering each other’s alarms. A matching Baby Turtle is included with each Turtle wristband.
The alarm volume can be reduced temporarily for testing.
Spray from lawn sprinklers won’t trigger the alarm.
The Turtle has a battery life of at least four years when used every day.

Paradise Pool Supplies can provide a warranty exchange service for most of the products we sell, in the event there isn't a local repair facility. Most manufacturer warranties require Installation & Repair be provided by only qualified licensed professionals on items such as heaters, pumps, automation, salt systems, etc. We recommend saving your installation invoice for future reference should a warranty issue arise.
Paradise Pool Supplies will make every effort to keep the product warranty information up to date on our site, but manufacturers are continuously changing their warranty terms. Paradise Pool Supplies cannot be held liable for these warranty changes by the manufacturer. Always refer to the warranty terms within your Owners Manual in these cases as the manufacturer will honor the terms in the manual.
All domestic orders will be shipped ground unless otherwise specified. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. You can expect to receive your order in 2-6 business days depending on your location. Seasonal items such as safety covers, winter covers etc. can take longer due to high seasonal demand. Please call for availability of these items. Very important please take care when entering your shipping address, as FedEx and UPS charge an extra handling fee (up to $20.00) if your address needs to be corrected after your order has shipped. This fee will be passed along to you. In an effort to prevent fraud and protect our customers, Orders placed with different "Bill To" and "Ship To" addresses will be sent Signature Required.
International Orders
Overseas orders (those outside of the Continental US) we will check with you by email regarding the shipping cost prior to shipment. All customs and duties charges are paid by you the recipient. Due to a large volume of credit card fraud on overseas orders, Paradise Pool Supplies does require credit card statement documentation showing the same address as we are shipping to if you can not supply this then a wire transfer will be accepted. We will provide the wire transfer information to you at the time of your order.
